The Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority, Inc. (SFCHA) is a non-profit public housing agency whose fundamental mission is to provide decent, safe and affordable housing for the residents of the city of Santa Fe. The Authority administers programs funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The SFCHA has developed a philosophy which is committed to the overall quality of life for our public housing residents. Through existing and new programs it strives to access not only to the existing human services networks, but promotes self-sufficiency, independence, economic development and the general empowerment of our residents.
