For a household to apply for our programs you must complete all requested information and summit the application in person. You will be required to have a current photo ID, in order to complete the pre-application for placement on the waiting list. Given the limited program resources, the waiting period may vary from 12 to 18 months depending on the housing types and household needs.

Please note that you are responsible for keeping your pre-application current-especially the address and phone numbers at which you can be contacted. You must come into our office and personally update your change of address and phone numbers in writing.

 You must fill out the application in person at the Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority main office at 664 Alta Vista, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 to 12:00 and 1:00 to 4:30. (Accommodations needed as a result for physical disabilities are required by law)
