The Authority seeks to expand services to meet the needs of lower-income households in the community. The following is a list of goals and objectives which are guideline for the fiscal years activities.

1. Improve the efficiency of program delivery.

2. Improve public housing neighborhoods by enforcing lease requirements and placing emphasis on eliminating drug and gang activity.

3. Expand the availability of current rental housing.

5. Develop a comprehensive network of supportive programs which promote personal, social, and economic growth among the resident/clients of the Authority.

6. Develop an expanded relationship within all public housing neighborhoods involving shared responsibilities; promote and assist their organizations into resident councils; encourage resident participation in the overall welfare of the public housing community. By following these goals and objectives, the Authority will better meet the demands of our lower-income households.
