The SFCHA owns and operates 561 housing units of various sizes located throughout the city. Hopewell/Mann, Cerro Gordo, Gallegos Lane, Aqua Fria, Las Acequias, and West Alameda are neighborhoods where family public housing units are located. The Luisa, Camino Consuelo, Alta Vista and La Cieneguita neighborhoods serve the elderly.

These rental units are made available to eligible applicants who meet the program requirements. Guidelines which regulate this program are provided in the Authority's Occupancy Policy.
